With over a decade of experience supporting adults through life’s most complex challenges, I specialize in working with individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, stress, anger, and relationship issues. I approach therapy with authenticity, deep compassion, and a belief that each person’s journey is unique.
